With its 205 meters high, 42 floors and 2 underground, it’s the tallest skyscraper in Torino. Made of reinforced concrete and with double skin facades, it is characterized by the most innovative techniques of energy saving and environmental sustainability. The prject has three main elements, diversified by function: the tower (70,000 sqm), in which all the offices of the Regional Administration for over 2000 employees; the underground courtyard which all the facilities; and the Service Center, an independent building, connected to the Tower by a walkway, which host the Congress Center, the media center and the library. The redevelopment of the “ex Fiat-Avio” area is completed by a public underground parking for over 1000 parkings and the new underground road network.
