The complex is subdivided into three areas: the underground, which includes the smaller auditorium / multipurpose rooms, the meeting rooms, the concorse (space that connects the two entrances), the facilities and a parking lot. The “Teca”, a 39 meter high, 70 wide and 175 long made in glass and steel structure, which host “La Nuvola” (The Cloud). The 8000-seat auditorium is built with steel ribbing and covered with 15,000 sqm of a transparent sheet of innovative material. The center is completed by the “Lama”, a business hotel with 17 floors and 441 rooms.
