The new Lavazza Hedquarters is part of a larger urban redevelopment project of the “ex Centrale Enel” area in Aurora district, Torino. The offices are spread over 30,000 sqm overall, designed according to the most recent environmental sustainability criteria; there is also an event space / conference center for 1000 people, museum, bistro and restaurant. The intervention is completed by a square open to the city, a new parking and an archaeological area of an early-Christian basilica discovered during the works.
